Questions are due at 11:59 PM on October 15, 2026 and answers will be posted no later than at. Proposals must be received by October 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM. No proposals will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB.

Responses are due October 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT at CVG Centre 77 Comair Blvd, Erlanger, KY 41018, Conference Center C.
