The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids from a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to replace an existing Newport News Waterworks meter vault lid at the meter vault located at the Canon Virginia facility, in accordance with the specifications in this IFB.

Responses are due September 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT at Site Visit - 12000 Canon Blvd, Newport News, Virginia at the Meter vault 50 location..
