The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a term contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide Polymer (Residual Operations) to the Newport News Waterworks, on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this IFB.

Responses are due October 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT.
