City of Newport News - General Services has issued request for proposals, solicitation 27-1378-1108.

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than October 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with one or more qualified Contractors for the provision of graphic design, production, and installation services to various City departments, including General Services, Police, Sheriff, Parks and Recreation and Fire, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP.

Responses are due October 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT.
