For the purpose of the Bidder Subcontractor list, this project includes rebar installation. Engineer's Estimate: $4,500,000 to $4,700,000 Project Location: Several locations throughout the City of Seattle including North Beacon Hill, Mid-Beacon Hill, Columbia City, Brighton, and Dunlap.

Responses are due October 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT.
