The City may place orders with any of the resultant contract vendors, selecting the vendor the City wishes to use in any manner that the City department placing the order chooses. Background The City has held successful contracts for traffic control products, roadway barricades, safety sign posts, and aluminum sign blanks for several years. However, these contracts are set to expire or have expired, so the City is returning to the marketplace to establish a pool of new contracts.
