The City’s technology environment has evolved significantly since its prior IT managed-services solicitation in 2022. The current environment includes Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams Phone, Intune mobile-device management, Microsoft Entra identity services, Dell VxRail/VMware infrastructure, multiple City facilities and network segments, public-safety systems subject to CJIS requirements, and a separately segmented Wastewater SCADA/operational technology environment. The City seeks a provider that can maintain reliable day-to-day operations while strengthening security, resiliency, documentation, lifecycle planning, and customer service.
