Parks Entrance Sign Rebranding

City of Port St. Lucie - Parks & Recreation has issued invitation for bid (ifb), solicitation 20260259.

The Parks & Recreation Park Sign Project involves replacing the topper and middle panels on 41 existing park entrance signs with new, decorated, and painted HDU panels that reflect the City’s current branding. The project updates both single‑face and double‑face panels while preserving the existing sign structures. Work includes fabricating the new panels according to the dimensions and specifications provided in the bid documents and installing them without damaging the existing structures. The project supports consistent, modern signage across the park system and enhances the overall appearance and uniformity of park entrances. Bidders are encouraged to visit the sites to verify and confirm dimensions prior to submitting their bid.

This project is important because it brings consistent, modern branding to every park entrance, strengthening the City’s visual identity and creating a unified look across the entire park system. The work presents challenges, including varied existing sign conditions, differing aesthetics, and the need to ensure brand accuracy while coordinating fabrication and installation across 41 locations. The project will truly “knock the ball out of the park” if it delivers perfectly consistent branding, high‑quality and durable fabrication, clean installation that preserves existing structures, and a crisp, professional appearance that immediately elevates the look and feel of every City park. New: Electronic Bid Bond Submission Available To improve efficiency and reduce paperwork, the City of Port St. Lucie now accepts Electronic Bid Bonds (eBonds) through approved electronic surety platform - Surety2000.
